Alaskan Baby Flounder is caught in Alaska and process IQF and packed in China. Baby Flounder fillet is very mild with a delicate texture. The lighter side of the flounder is thinner and the darker side is much thicker. There are many different ways that you can use to cook Flounder. You can bake, broil, saute, or fy and even stuff flounder. Each case comes 10 LB frozen IQF (individually quick frozen) for taste and quality.
