These local cluster oysters are bouquet of briny joy! These are the type of oysters consumed during the months with “R's". They are harvested within the Carolinas! Harvest can range from Brunswick all the way to South Carolina. Why are they called clusters? Because they are a bunch of tiny oysters bunched together. They are known to be very briny, perfect oysters for roasting!
